Services Provided
Guru-Writers.com connects Customers with qualified Writers to fulfill specific academic and research-oriented writing needs. The Customer provides details regarding the desired Product, and the Company commits to delivering the Product within the agreed timeframe and specifications.

The Product received by the Customer is intended exclusively for personal, non-commercial use. Upon delivery, all rights to the Product transfer to the Customer, who may use it solely as a sample or reference. The Product provided is non-refundable and is delivered without warranties of any kind.

Copyright & Personal Use
The Products, accompanying files, and communications from Guru-Writers.com are provided for personal academic use only. By placing an order, the Customer agrees not to resell, distribute, modify, publish, or present the Product or any related materials as their own. The Company assumes no liability for any misuse of the Product, and any unauthorized use is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

Product Delivery Process
Customers are required to engage actively with the Site to ensure that the Product meets their needs and is delivered on time. To facilitate successful delivery, the Customer agrees to:

4. Feedback Period: The Customer has fourteen (14) days from the delivery date to provide feedback or request revisions. After this period, the Company may release payment to the Writer and consider the Order completed, with no further amendments.

Order Payment
Payment for each Order is determined according to the Company’s pricing schedule and must be made in advance. Orders will only be processed once payment is received and confirmed. Customers may request installment payment options on orders valued at $500 USD or higher, with the initial payment required immediately upon receiving a payment link. Installment plans are subject to approval and may affect Order processing times.

Payments can be made via credit card or other methods as specified on the Site. Guru-Writers.com is not liable for any technical or banking issues that may delay or disrupt payment processing. If a transaction fails, the Customer should check with their financial institution or contact Customer Support for assistance.

Miscellaneous Provisions
This Agreement sets forth all terms and conditions governing the relationship between the Customer and the Company. If any provision is deemed unlawful or unenforceable, it shall not affect the remaining terms. This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Company’s principal business location.

Provision of Personal Information
The Customer must provide accurate and up-to-date contact information for order processing and delivery. Guru-Writers.com will not be held liable for delays or non-delivery arising from inaccurate information.

Refund Policy
Once the Product has been delivered to and accepted by the Customer, it is considered non-refundable. Customers are encouraged to review the Money Back Guarantee section for further details on refund eligibility.
