If the delivered work does not meet the customer’s expectations, our Quality Assurance Team at Guru-Writers will investigate. Customers must provide detailed feedback that demonstrates a mismatch with original instructions. Claims may receive compensation based on investigation results. Note: If a revision was previously requested, the maximum compensation is 70%, as a revision request partially approves the work.
Certain preferences are non-refundable as they are integral to the service. The only exceptions are add-ons like ‘Draft,’ ‘1-page Summary,’ or ‘Originality Report’ if not provided. Additionally:
Discounts not applied at the time of order cannot be refunded. It is the customer’s responsibility to verify all order details, including discounts. For discount availability, please contact our Support Team.
To request a refund, customers must contact the Guru-Writers Support Team within 6 months of order completion. Our Billing Department reviews claims within 2-5 business days and will notify the customer by phone or email. Additional information may be requested to process the claim.
Approved refunds are processed within 5 business days. Please note that any associated bank fees or delays caused by banking services are not the responsibility of Guru-Writers. Refunds of less than $10 will be credited to the customer’s account for future orders
